Practice green training aid. Use it prior to your game to grove your swing and tempo.
 
Line it up to the hole.  It might take a couple of tries. Once its lined up, simply bring the ball into the patent pending "V Slot" where the ball locks into place.  
 
Line up your putter with the alignment line on the putting aid.  Now you putt over the training aid.
 
This will help you make putt after putt, helping you gain that confidence before you get on the course.
